Elsa Digne KAGWIZA is a Burundian gender-equality and social justice advocate who was born in July 22, 1990. After having worked as a volunteer journalist for the Voice of America in Burundi on social issues more specifically in the central-eastern provinces of the country, she joined our organization and actively engaged in the INKINGI program as the head of the department for the care of gender-based violence and the socio-economic integration of victims/survivors of GBVs. Elsa Digne studied Law at the University of Lake Tanganyika.
