Passionate and committed to the promotion of female leadership and sustainable development, Alice Kankindi is the coordinator of the INKINGI program since 2017, a women empowerment program. She has been very involved in capacity building and technical support of the female team in the women Cooperative with the VSLA approach. Her strong commitment to leadership has enabled her to be delegated as a youth coordinator at the Burundi level to represent Burundian youth in the Men Engage Youth network in 22 African countries. She is also one of the women’s rights activists and consultant on gender-based violence. Determined, attentive and ambitious, Alice Kankindi always continues her fight for the promotion of women’s rights and their financial inclusion for a world without any discrimination. She completed her university studies in Clinical Psychology at the University of the Great Lakes of BUJUMBURA.
